ORDINANCE NO. 2169 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 14.1, 14.12, AND 14.5 OF CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO DEFINITIONS, CONSTRUCTION, AND PLACEMENT OF RECEPTACLES FOR GARBAGE AND RECYCLABLES, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 14.1 of Article of Chapter 14 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 14.1. DEFINITIONS: For the purpose of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this Section: GARBAGE: Shall mean and be held to include all animal and vegetable wastes from
