7/26/99 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2175 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27.100 OF, AND ADDING <br /> SECTION 27.106 TO, CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO SANITARY SEWERAGE <br /> SERVICES FEES AND PROVIDING FOR REFUNDS THEREOF, <br /> RESPECTIVELY <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Section 27.100 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 27.100. SERVICE CHARGES: <br /> <br /> A. Established: The following charges are hereby established and <br /> levied upon each premises or any portion thereof which receives or <br /> uses sewerage service from the sewerage facilities: <br /> <br /> 1. Residential: All residential units including single-family duplexes, <br /> multi-family dwel[ings or structures, and similar classes of uses: <br /> Monthly rate, effective July 28, 1999-Eighteen Dollars Thirty-three <br /> cents ($18.33) per dwelling unit. <br /> 2. ~ Retail, Commercial: Business establishments including, but not <br /> limited to, office buildings, warehouses, filling stations, retail stores, <br /> motels mortuaries, fast-food establishments without on-site food <br /> preparation, markets without garbage grinders, and all other similar <br /> classes of use not hereinafter expressly described: <br /> <br /> 1 <br />F:lSharedlRedwood/Council/ Ord-075 <br />DES:rage <br />06/17/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
