Minimum monthly rate, effective July 28, 1999-Eighteen Dollars <br /> Thirty-thrbe cents ($18.33), plus an additional monthly charge of <br /> Two Dollars Nine Cents ($2.09) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of <br /> waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage <br /> facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> 3.
