ORDINANCE NO. 2179 ORDINANCE ADDING ARTICLES II AND III TO CHAPTER TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS. PENALTIES AND REMEDIES FOR COMPLIANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Findings. (e) The administrative citation and any additional report submitted by the <br />Enforcement Officer shall constitute presumptive evidence of the respective facts <br />contained in those documents. <br /> <br /> (f) The hearing officer may continue the hearing and request additional <br />information from the Enforcement Officer or the recipient of the administrative citation <br />prior to issuing a written decision. <br /> <br /> Section 2.'10. Hearin.q Officer's Decision. <br /> <br /> (a) After considering all of the testimony and evidence submitted at the hearing, <br />the hearing officer shall issue a written decision to uphold or cancel the administrative <br />citation and the reasons for that decision. The decision of the hearing officer shall be <br />issued within thirty (30) days following completion of the hearing. The decision of the <br />hearing officer shall be final upon service on the responsible party, subject only to <br />judicial review as allowed by law. <br /> <br /> (b) Within ten (10) days following the conclusion of the hearing, the hearing <br />officer shall make findings and issue a decision regarding; (1) the existence of the <br />violation; and (2) the extent of compliance with the order. <br /> <br /> (c) The hearing officer shall issue written findings on each violation.
