ORDINANCE NO. 2179 ORDINANCE ADDING ARTICLES II AND III TO CHAPTER TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS. PENALTIES AND REMEDIES FOR COMPLIANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Findings. through the processes provided herein. The amount deposited with the City pursuant <br />to Section 2.6 shall be applied to the amount assessed by the hearing officer. Any <br />excess shall be refunded. <br /> <br /> (e) If the hearing officer determines that the administrative citation should be <br />upheld and the fine has not been deposited pursuant to an Advance Deposit Hardship <br />Waiver, the hearing officer shall set forth in the decision a payment schedule for the <br />fine. <br /> <br /> (f) If the hearing officer determines that the administrative citation should not be <br />sustained, the City shall promptly refund the amount of the deposited administrative <br />penalty. <br /> <br /> (g) The recipient of the administrative citation shall be served with a copy of the <br />hearing officer's written decision within ten (10) calendar days following its issuance. <br /> <br /> (h) The employment, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits of the <br />hearing officer shall not be directly or indirectly conditioned upon the amount of <br /> <br />administrative citation fines and other penalties upheld by the hearing officer. <br /> Section 2.11.
