ORDINANCE NO. 2179 ORDINANCE ADDING ARTICLES II AND III TO CHAPTER TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS. PENALTIES AND REMEDIES FOR COMPLIANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Findings. (b) Each written protest or objection must contain a description of the property in <br />which the protesting party has a legal or equitable interest and the grounds of such <br />protest or objection. The grounds for protest or objection, and any evidence or <br />testimony submitted in support or in opposition to the imposition of a lien, shall be <br />confined to whether the amount of any administrative penalty and/or administrative cost <br />imposed was satisfied in full within the time allowed by law and/or successfully <br />challenged by a timely writ of mandate. <br /> <br /> (c) The City Council, after the hearing, shall adopt a resolution confirming, <br />discharging, or modifying the amount of lien based upon evidenced produced at the <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> Section 2.'18. Recording of Lien. <br /> <br /> Thirty (30) calendar days following the adoption of a resolution by the City <br />Council imposing a lien, the City Clerk shall file the same as a judgment lien in the <br />office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County. The lien may carry such additional <br />administrative charges as set forth by resolution of the City Council." <br /> <br /> Section 3. Article III to Chapter 1 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby added to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "ARTICLE III. COMPLIANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS <br /> <br /> Section 3.1.
