which may be pursued by the city to address any violation of Chapters 3, 3A, 4, 5, 6, 7, <br />8, 8A, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18A, 18B, 18C, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 28, 29, 33A, 34, <br />35, 36, 37, 43. <br /> <br /> Section 3.2. Enforcement Official - Defined. <br /> <br /> For purposes of this article, "Enforcement Official" means the principal supervisor <br />for any City department or division which is charged with responsibility for enforcement <br />of any provision of this code. An act authorized in this article to be conducted by an <br />Enforcement Official may be delegated by the Enforcement Official to a subordinate <br /> <br />employee or to any other person retained for that purpose. <br /> Section 3.3. Compliance Order. <br /> <br /> (a) Whenever an Enforcement Official determines that a violation exists <br />regarding any provision of this Code to which this article is applicable and for which the <br />Enforcement Official is responsible for enforcement, the Enforcement Official may issue <br />a written compliance order to any person responsible for the violation. <br /> <br /> (b) A compliance order issued pursuant to this article shall contain the following <br />information: <br /> <br /> (1) The date and location of the violation; <br /> <br /> (2) The section of this code violated and a description of the violation; <br /> <br /> (3) The action required to correct the violation; <br /> <br /> (4) The time period after which administrative penalties will begin to accrue if <br /> compliance with the order has not been achieved, and the amount of <br /> penalties that will begin to accrue; in the case of continuing violations <br /> which pertain to building, plumbing, electrical, or similar structural or <br /> zoning matters that do not create an immediate danger to health or safety, <br /> <br />Ord-067 ! 6 <br />f/shlshlRClCouncil ;~ 179 <br />:FXS:rg <br />1199:06121199r <br />06/23/99 2:00 PM <br />07/16/99r <br /> <br /> <br />
