of use of property, which shall or may result from or be caused by the operation proposed to be permitt~d, or any negligence on the part of the applicant, or the -applicant's agents,. servants, or employees in conducting_such operation, or a certificate evidencing the carrying of appropriate public liability insurance for the benefit of the applicant and the applicant's agents, servants and employees as evidence~of ability. to respond in' damages in at least such amount, said insur.ance.likewise to be approved by the City. The minimum amounts of coverage of such bond or insurance. shall be as follows: (1) for personal injury or death.:- $100,000 for each person and.$300,OOO. for each occurrence; - (2) for property damage: $50,000 aggregate; provided, however, that the Chief may require greater amounts of coverage where the circumstances, in the opinion of the _Chie£, invo~ve greater-than ordinary' risk --to person or property.
