<br />1981, and all ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 1841, and <br />resolutions authorizing or revising appropriations mentioned <br />therein, and all ordinances in conflict with the terms of this <br />ordinance to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed, as <br />of the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION II. Effective Date and Operative Date.
