In the event <br /> the Fire Department responds to more than two (2) false alarms in a 30 <br /> day period at a business or residence, a fee payable to the City of One <br /> Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per response for each response over two ( 2) in <br /> a thirty (30) day period will be charged to the owners of the business or <br /> residence. <br /> Section 12.16 Section 25.llS.1 is hereby added to the Fire Code to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "'Section 2S.1l5.l COMPENSATION OF STANDBY FIREFIGHTERS. <br /> Standby Firefighters shall be compensated at the same rate the City <br /> compensates firefighters on a call back basis. <br /> Section 12.l7 Section 47.l06 of the Fire Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "'Section 47.l06 WATCHMEN REQUIRED DURING FUMIGATION. <br /> Where a flammable gas or substance giving rise to a flammable gas, or <br /> toxic gas is used for fumigation, the employer shall be required to have <br /> 24-hour supervision from the time the premises have been fumigated until <br /> all ventilation work has been completed (approved gastight vaults or <br /> tanks are excepted from this requi rement) . <br /> -14- <br /> . <br /> .....-.-. ~,- <br />
