<br /> -"- --.."- <br /> " , (6) All unsold stock and accompanying litter and debris signs, <br /> and (in case of fireworks facilities consisting of temporary structures) <br /> temporary structures shall be removed from the location of each fireworks <br /> sales facility no later than the 15th day of July of the year for which <br /> temporary fireworks sales at such location are permitted. <br /> "'Section 78.l05 Nothing in this article shall be construed to <br /> prohibit the use of fireworks by railroads or other transportation <br /> agenices for signal purposes or illumination, or the sale or use of blank <br /> cartridges for a show or theater, or for signal or ceremonial purposes in <br /> athletics or sports or for use by military organizations. <br /> "'Section 78.l06 The Chief shall seize, take, remove, or cause to <br /> be removed at the expense of the owner all stocks of fireworks offered or <br /> exposed for sale, stored, or held in violation of this article. <br /> "Section 12.l9 Whenever the Chief or the Fire Marshal shall <br /> disapprove an application or refuse to grant a license or permit applied <br /> f or under the provisions of this chapter or revoke such license or permit <br /> after granting the same or when it is claimed that the provisions of the <br /> Fire Code do not apply or that the true intent and meaning of the Code <br /> have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the applicant may appeal <br /> to the Council from the decision of the Chief or the Fire Marshal within <br /> ten (10) days from the date of the decision of the Chief or the Fi re <br /> Marshal.
