<br /> SWC:rb 7/01/83 <br />or Authority to enter into agreements, and to recover costs <br />relating thereto, with any user relating to treatment, <br />pre-treatment, or other matters in furtherance of the provisions <br />of this chapter and the purposes thereof, and not inconsistent <br />therewith, when unique, unusual or extraordinary circumstances <br />require such special agreements; provided, however, that no such <br />agreement shall authorize an extension of the final dates for <br />compliance with required federal standards nor waive such <br />standards. " <br />SECTION 6. Section 27.134 of Chapter 27 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, California, is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br />"Section 27.134. Application Fees; Administrative Costs. <br />The Council shall, by resolution, establish a schedule of fees to be <br />imposed upon and collected from applicants or users to defray the <br />costs of processing and issuing the following permits or performing <br />the following services: <br />" (a) Storm water or groundwater drainage connection <br />permit (Section 27.21). <br />" (b) Unpolluted water permit (Section 27.22). <br />" (c) Garbage grinder permit (Section 27.23 (b» . <br />" (d) Direct discharge permit (Section 27.24). <br />" (e) Holding tank waste permit (Section 27.25). <br /> 13 <br /> . _.._--- ._--_._~- <br />
