ORIGI NAL SEP 2 6 1983 ORDINANCE ADDING DIVISION 4 (COMMENCING WITH SECTION 2.130) TO CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SENIOR AFFAIRS COMMISSION THE COUNCIL OF THE REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Division 4 is hereby added to the code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows: "Section 2.130.
