<br /> SWC:djg-c 9/21/83 <br /> DES:djg-c lO/7/83R <br /> (1) A fine not exceeding fifty dollars <br /> ($50.00) for a first violation; <br /> (2 ) A fine not exceeding one hundred dollars <br /> ($100.00) for a second violation of the <br /> same provision within one year; <br /> (3 ) A fine not exceeding two hundred fifty <br /> dollars ($250.00) for each additional <br /> violation of the same provision within <br /> one year. <br />"The imposition of anyone penalty for any violation <br />shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue. <br />Each day during any portion of which any violation is <br />committed or continued by such person, firm or <br />corporation, shall constitute a separate offense, and <br />shall be punishable as herein provided. <br />" (b) The building official or the authorized <br />representatives of the building official, <br />shall have the authority to issue citations <br />for violations of this article, or any permit <br />made or issued thereunder." <br />SECTION 4. Sections 3.136 and 3.139 of the Redwood City Code <br />are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5.
