At the <br />discretion of the Animal Control Officer, the issuance <br />of a permit for a dangerous animal can be conditioned <br />upon the animal owner promising to adhere to any <br />reasonable criteria related to the proper care and use <br />of the animal as established by the Animal Control <br />Officer. <br />As a condition to the issuance of the permit for a <br />guard dog, each guard dog shall at all times wear an <br />identification tag which shall be provided by the <br />sentry company, trainer or owner who furnishes the dog <br />for hire. Such identification tag shall contain, but <br />not be limited to the following information: (i) the <br />name of the dog; (ii) the name, address and telephone <br />number of the company or trainer furnishing said dog. <br />The telephone number must be a number which is manned <br />by a person 24 hours a day every day of the year. The <br />identification tag required by this section shall be <br />in addition to any tag required or issued by any <br />agency of the government to show that the dog is <br />immunized or innoculated against disease. <br />The premises on which the dangerous animal or <br />guard dog is kept, leased, let or hired shall have a <br />sign posted in a conspicuous place upon which the <br />phone number of the person who kept, leased, let or <br />hired such animal is listed. <br /> 12 <br /> ... ----...... <br />
