Section 5.17 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 5.17. No owner or person having custody or <br />control of any dog shall suffer or permit the same to <br />be within the limits of the city for more than sixty <br />days unless such dog has around its neck or leg a <br />suitable collar, having attached thereto such a <br />metallic plate or tag with such inscriptions thereon <br />as are provided for in section 5.22.5 nor unless a <br />license fee for the then current year has been paid as <br />provided for in section 5.20. <br />SECTION 5. Section 5.20 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 5.20. An annual license fee established in <br />accordance with the fee schedule set forth in section <br />5.91 herein shall be paid for every unneutered male <br />dog and every unspayed female dog owned and harbored <br />in the city when such animal reaches four (4 ) months <br />of age or within sixty (60 ) days after the dog is <br />acquired. An annual license fee established in <br />accordance with the fee schedule set forth in section <br />5.91 herein shall be paid for every neutered male dog <br />and every spayed female dog owned and harbored in the <br /> 4 <br /> -- -þ---- <br />
