Vehicles to be Parked within Lines. <br />It shall be unlawful and a violation of this division to <br />park any vehicle across lines designating parking spaces or <br />to park a vehicle in such position that the same shall not <br />be entirely within the area so designated by such lines. <br />"Section 20.186. Permit Required. It shall be <br />unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this division <br />for any person to permit any vehicle to occupy or remain in <br />a designated space in any regulated unmetered off street <br />parking facility unless such vehicle displays a parking <br />facility permit as described in Section 20.187. <br />"Section 20.187. Permits Issued.
