<br /> SWr.:rb 11/08/83 <br /> S :rb 11/09/83R <br />Regulations; Return upon Demand. The City Collector may <br />revoke the authorization to use a parking meter construction <br />zone hood for any of the following reasons: <br />" (a) When the City Collector is satisfied that the <br />circumstances no longer require the use of parking <br />meter hoods. <br />" (b) When the person is found to be using the hood for <br />other purposes than to fulfill the need for which the <br />parking meter hood was granted. <br />"(c) For violation of any of the provisions of this <br />division. <br />"It shall be unlawful for any person to use a parking <br />meter construction zone hood on any parking meter after <br />revocation or in any manner except in strict compliance with <br />the provisions of this article. It shall be unlawful for <br />any person to fail to return a parking meter construction <br />zone hood after demand therefor by the City Collector. <br />"Section 20.183. Limitations on Use of Hooded Meter. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or cause to be <br />parked, any vehicle operated or controlled by such person in <br />any parking space for which a parking meter construction <br />zone hood is in place unless such parking is in conjunction <br />with the actual loading or unloading of construction <br />materials or equipment. <br />SECTION 5.
