Specifications; To Remain Property of <br />City; Numbering. The parking meter construction zone hood <br />shall consist of a hood of sufficient size to cover the <br />parking meter head, and shall be equipped with a locking <br />device. The hood shall remain the property of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> "The City Collector may require each hood to be <br />numbered or otherwise identified and may print thereon the <br />period during which it may be utilized. <br /> "Section 20.180. Limitation on Location of Meters to <br />be Hooded. Parking meter construction zone hoods shall be <br />used only on those parking meters that lie within the area <br />that would be created by extension of the property lines of <br />the building upon which the construction activity is <br />occurring. <br /> "Section 20.181. Conditions Prerequisite to Issuance <br />of Hoods. Parking meter construction zone hoods shall be <br />issued upon payment of a deposit of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per <br />hood issued, refundable upon return of the hoods, and a <br />non-refundable fee of Two Dollars ($2.00) per day per hood <br />issued. <br /> "Section 20.182.
