<br /> SWr:rb 11/08/83 <br /> S ~rb 11/09/83R <br /> "DIVISION 6. PARKING METER LOADING ZONE HOODS <br />"Section 20.160. Issuance - Authority of City <br />Collector; Limitation on Number. The City Collector is <br />hereby authorized to issue parking meter loading zone hoods <br />to persons owning or occupying property adjacent to parking <br />spaces located within a parking meter zone. Not more than <br />one hood shall be issued in connection with anyone business <br />enterprise. <br />"Section 20.16l. Same - Conditions Prerequisite. <br />Parking meter loading zone hoods shall only be issued by the <br />City Collector after due application as provided in this <br />ordinance when traffic and parking conditions indicate that <br />there is a need to limit the parking in certain parking <br />areas within the parking meter zone for the purpose of <br />allowing merchandise or materials to be loaded or unloaded <br />during certain times. <br />"Section 20.162. Application - Form; Information <br />Required. Application for the issuance of a parking meter <br />loading zone hood shall be made on a form approved by the <br />City Collector, and shall require the following information: <br />" (a) Name and address of applicant and the place of <br /> business in connection with which the hood will be <br /> used. <br />" (b) A statement of the reasons for the need for <br /> parking meter hood. <br />" (c) The estimated hours of the day during which the <br /> parking meter hood will be necessary. <br />" (d) Such other relevant information as the City <br /> Collector may require. <br /> 3 <br /> _.. -'~-_.- <br />
