<br /> SWr.:rb 11/08/83 <br /> S· ;rb 11/09/83R <br />shall be refunded upon return of the hood, plus a monthly <br />fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) or an annual fee, valid for <br />twelve consecutive months, of One Hundred Ten Dollars <br />($110.00) . All fees shall be paid in advance. <br />"Section 20.167. Revocation; User to Comply with <br />Regulations; Return upon Demand. The City Collector may <br />revoke the authorization to use a parking meter loading zone <br />hood for any of the following reasons: <br />" (a) When a person has failed to pay the fee as <br />provided in Section 20.166. <br />" (b) When the City Collector is satisfied that the <br />circumstances no longer require the use of parking <br />meter hoods. <br />" (c) When the person is found to be using the hood <br />for other purposes than to fulfill the need for which <br />the parking meter hood was granted. <br />"(d) For violation of any of the provisions of this <br />division. <br />"It shall be unlawful for any person to use a parking <br />meter loading zone hood on any parking meter after <br />revocation or in any manner except in strict compliance with <br />the provisions of this article. It shall be unlawful for <br />any person to fail to return a parking meter loading zone <br />hood after demand therefor by the City Collector. <br />"Section 20.168. Restrictions on Parking in Space <br />Having Hood on Meter. It shall be unlawful for any person <br />to park, or cause to be parked, any vehicle operated or <br />controlled by such person in any parking space for which a <br />parking meter loading zone hood is in place unless such <br /> 5 <br /> ._,~-- <br />
