REGULATIONS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1891 AND <br /> ALL OTHER ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION l. Article III (commencing with §11.70) of Chapter <br />11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 2. Article III (commencing with §ll.70) is hereby <br />added to Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to <br />read as follows: <br /> "ARTICLE III <br /> "Community Antenna Television Systems <br /> "Section 11. 70. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to <br />construct, maintain or operate a community antenna television <br />system utilizing any street or any other City property unless a <br />franchise therefor has first been obtained pursuant to the <br />provisions of this article, and unless such franchise is in full <br />force and effect. <br /> " (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, <br />maintain or operate a community antenna television system <br />utilizing any street or any other City property without complying <br />with the provisions of this article and all conditions of a <br />franchise granted hereunder. <br /> "Section 11.71.
