<br /> DCB:rks 6/28/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/06/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/17/84R <br /> DES:sh 10/25/84R <br /> DES:sh 11/26/84R <br />or its agents, employees, or officials to inspect any of <br />Grantee's facilities and equipment at any time upon one (1) day's <br />prior notice, or, in case of emergency, upon demand without prior <br />notice, in a manner which does not disrupt the normal business <br />practices of Grantee in order to verify the accuracy of any <br />submitted report. <br />(e) Business Office and Files. Grantee shall maintain an <br />office within ten miles of the franchise area and shall keep <br />complete and accurate books and records. Grantor shall have the <br />right to inspect at any time during normal business hours all <br />books, records, maps, plans, financial statements, service <br />complaint logs, performance test results and like materials of <br />Grantee which relate to the operation of the CATV System. <br />(f) Failure to Report. The refusal, failure, or neglect <br />of Grantee to file any of the reports required under this <br />Section, or as Grantor may direct, shall be deemed a material <br />breach of this franchise, and shall subject Grantee to franchise <br />termination or to penalties and remedies, legal or equitable, <br />which are available to Grantor under this franchise or otherwise. <br />(g) False Statements. Any materially false or misleading <br />statement or representation made knowingly by Grantee in any <br />report required under this franchise shall be deemed a material <br />breach of this franchise and shall subject 'Grantee to franchise <br /> \ <br />termination or to penalties and remedies, legal or equitable, <br />which are available to Grantor under this franchise or otherwise. <br /> 10 <br /> .----..- <br />
