REPEALER. Ordinance No. 1892, adopted April 2, 1984 entitled "An Ordinance Awarding Non-Exclusive Franchise to Construct, Operate and Maintain a Community Antenna Television System Within the City of Redwood City to Nationwide Cablevision

<br /> DCB:rks 6/28/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/06/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/17/84R <br /> DES:sh 10/25/84R <br /> DES:sh 11/26/84R <br /> SECTION 7. REPORTS. <br /> (a) Annual Reports. Within one hundred twenty (120) days <br />after the close of Grantee's fiscal year for the franchise, <br />Grantee shall submit a written annual report, in a form approved <br />by Grantor, which shall include, but not limited to, the <br />following information: <br /> (1 ) A summary of the previous year's (or, in the case <br /> of the initial reporting year, the initial year's) <br /> activities in development of the CATV System, <br /> including, but not limited to, services begun or <br /> discontinued during the reporting year, and <br /> user participation; <br /> (2 ) A corporate financial statement of <br /> Telecommunications, Inc. , audited by, and carrying <br /> an unqualified opinion from, an independent <br /> Certified Public Accountant; <br /> (3 ) A current statement of costs of construction by <br /> component categories; <br /> (4 ) A list of Grantee's officers, members of its board <br /> of directors, and other principals. <br /> (b) Complaint File and Reports. An accurate and <br />comprehensive file shall be kept by Grantee of any and all <br />complaints regarding the CATV System. Grantee shall <br />establish a specific procedure to remedy subscriber complaints to <br />the satisfaction of Grantor. Complete records of Grantee's <br />actions in response to all complaints shall be maintained for <br />five (5 ) years. These files and records shall be available to <br />Grantor upon request. <br /> (c) Miscellaneous Reports. Grantee shall submit to <br />Grantor such other information or reports in such forms and at <br />such times as Grantor may reasonably request or require. <br /> (d) Inspection of Facilities.
