Upon such withdrawal, Grantor shall notify Grantee of the amount and date thereof. (4) The security deposited pursuant to this subdivision shall become the property of Grantor in the event that this franchise is cancelled by reason of the default of Grantee or revoked for cause in accordance with the procedures hereof or under the CATV Ordinance. Grantee, however, shall be entitled to the return of such security fund, or portion thereof, as remains on deposit at the expiration of the term of this franchise, or upon earlier termination hereof, provided that Grantee is not then in default hereunder or under any provision of the CATV Ordinance. (c) Insurance. Grantee shall take out and maintain during the term hereof the following types and amounts of insurance: (1) Workers' Compensation Insurance: in such coverage amounts as may be required by the Workers' Compensation Insurance and Safety laws of the State of California and any amendments thereto. (2) Comprehensive General Liability: insuring against all claims, losses, or damages for personal or bodily injury, including loss of life, in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for each occurrence, and for property damage constituting injury to or destruction of property, including the loss of use thereof, in the amount 13 _.........
