<br /> DCB:rks 6/28/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/06/84R <br /> DCB: sh 8/17/84R <br /> DES:sh 10/25/84R <br /> DES:sh 11/26/84R <br /> of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) for <br /> each occurrence. <br /> (3 ) Comprehensive Automobile Liability: including <br /> non-ownership and hired car coverage as well as <br /> owned vehicles with minimum limits insuring <br /> against all claims, losses or damages for bodily <br /> injury, including loss of life, in the amount of <br /> One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for each <br /> occurrence, and for property damage constituting <br /> injury to or destruction of property, including <br /> the loss of use thereof, in the amount of Five <br /> Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) for each <br /> occurrence. <br /> Grantee shall furnish Grantor with copies or certificates of <br />such insurance policies. Such policies shall name Grantor, its <br />Council, officers, commissions, officers, employees and agents as <br />additional insureds and shall not be cancellable by the insurer <br />except upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice given to <br />Grantor by registered mail. <br /> (d) Hold Harmless. Grantee shall, by acceptance of the <br />franchise granted herein, indemnify, defend and hold harmless <br />Grantor, its Council, boards, commissions officers, employees and <br />agents from any and all claims, suits, awards or judgments for <br />damages, including all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys <br />fees, in any way arising out of or through the acts or omissions <br />of Grantee, its officers, employees, or agents in the operation, <br />construction or maintenance of Grantee's CATV System. Said <br />indemnification shall apply irrespective of whether such claims, <br />suits, awards, or judgments arise in tort, contract, violations <br />of statute, ordinance or regulation, or otherwise, or whether <br />remedies sought or assessed are legal or equitable.
