<br /> DCB:rks 6/28/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/06/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/17/84R <br /> DES:sh 10/25/84R <br /> DES:sh 11/26/84R <br />any such claim shall arise, Grantor shall tender the defense <br />thereof to Grantee provided, however, that Grantor in its sole <br />discretion may participate in the defense of such claim at its <br />expense. <br /> The minimum amounts set forth hereinabove in subdivisions <br />(a) , (b) and (c) for bonds, security and insurance shall not be <br />construed to limit the liability of Grantee to Grantor under <br />this subdivision (d) . <br /> (e) , All remedies of Grantor hereunder are mutually <br />exclusive and the selection of one or more remedies listed in <br />this section shall not preclude Grantor from pursuing other such <br />remedies, nor from relying upon any or all other rights or <br />remedies which may accrue to Grantor, whether in law or equity. <br /> SECTION 9. RA'I'ES. <br /> (a) Grantee, at least thirty (30) days prior to the <br />effective date of any adjustment to the rates charged to its <br />subscribers, shall file a notice of such adjustment with the City <br />Clerk of Grantor and shall mail a notice of such adjustment to <br />all such subscribers. Such notice shall set forth the rates then <br />in effect, the proposed rates and the effective date or dates <br />thereof. <br /> (b) Every subscriber shall receive a pro-rata reduction in <br />said subscriber's monthly rate if service to said subscriber is <br />interrupted for three or more consecutive work days, unless the <br /> 15 <br />~... _. -.-.- <br />
