REPEALER. Ordinance No. 1892, adopted April 2, 1984 entitled "An Ordinance Awarding Non-Exclusive Franchise to Construct, Operate and Maintain a Community Antenna Television System Within the City of Redwood City to Nationwide Cablevision

<br /> DCB:rks 6/28/84R <br /> DCB: sh 8/06/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/17/84R <br /> DES:sh 10/25/84R <br /> DES:sh 11/26/84R <br />shall be given as to the time, date and place such sessions shall <br />be conducted. <br /> (b) Sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled System and <br />Services Review Session, Grantee shall submit a report to Grantor <br />stating the following: <br /> (1 ) All Telecommunications, Inc. (the parent or <br /> affiliate of Grantee) cable system franchise <br /> services that are being provided on an operational <br /> basis (excluding tests and demonstrations) to any <br /> California city with a population over fifty <br /> thousand (50,000) , but which are not provided to <br /> Grantor. <br /> (2 ) A plan for provision to Grantor of services <br /> reported pursuant to (1) above, or a justification <br /> indicating why such services are not feasible of <br /> provision by Grantee. <br /> (c) Topics for discussion and review at the Systems and <br />Services Review Sessions shall include but not be limited to, <br />services provided, bonding and insurance requirements generally <br />prevailing in the industry, rate structure, free or discounted <br />services, application of new technologies, system performance, <br />programming, subscriber complaints, user complaints, rights of <br />privacy, amendments to the franchise, undergrounding processes, <br />developments in the law, and regulatory constraints. <br /> (d) Either Grantor or Grantee may select additional <br />topics for discussion at any Review Session. <br /> (e) Not later than sixty (60) days after the conclusion of <br />each Review Session, Grantor shall issue findings, including <br />specifically a listing of any cable services not then being <br />provided to subscribers within the City of Redwood City or <br /> 3 <br /> .,....--.^...... <br />
