<br /> DCB:sh 10/25/84 <br /> DES:sh 1/04/85R <br />on the application and the written report of the review <br />thereof by the Director of Public Works. <br /> (b) The City Clerk shall provide copies of the reports <br />of Traffic Engineer and Director of Public Works to the <br />applicant and to the appellant ( if the applicant is not the <br />appellant) and shall give notice to the applicant and <br />appellant and to any other interested party who has made has <br />made written request therefor, of the date, time and place <br />when the appeal will be considered by the City Council. <br /> (c) If Caltrans and not the Traffic Engineer, denies <br />or revokes Terminal access from federally designated <br />highways, no appeal shall be made to the City Council, but <br />shall be made to Caltrans as may be permitted by Caltrans. <br /> "Section 20.75.7. Severability. If any section, <br />subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is <br />for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this <br />ordinance, and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or <br />phrase therein. <br />SECTION 2.
