<br /> SWC:sh 4/5/85 <br /> SWC:sh 4/18/85R <br /> SWC: sh 4/22/85R <br /> " (f) Park, parks, park building or recreation area <br />shall mean all grounds, roadways, avenues, parks, <br />playgrounds, buildings and public areas under City <br />jurisdiction used for park and recreation purposes. <br /> " (g) Persons shall mean any person, group, firm, <br />partnership, association, corporation, company, or <br />organization of any kind. <br /> " (h) Vehicle shall mean any wheeled conveyance, <br />whether motor-powered, animal-drawn, or human-powered, <br />excepting vehicles commonly known as baby carriages and <br />vehicles authorized to serve City parks. The term shall <br />include any trailer in tow of any size, kind, or <br />description. <br />SECTION 2. Section 25.1.14 is hereby added to Chapter 25 of the <br />Redwood City Code to read as follows: <br /> "Section 25.1.14. Dogs in Park - Unlawful. It shall <br />be unlawful for any owner or person having custody or <br />control of any dog to permit such dog to be wi thin or upon <br />any park or park building in the City, whether or not such <br />dog is properly licensed and leashed. The provisions of <br />this Section shall not apply to guide dogs, signal dogs or <br />service dogs as such are defined in Section 54.1 of the <br />California Civil Code." <br />SECTION 3. Section 25.1.15 is hereby added to Chapter 25 of <br />the Redwood City Code to read as follows: <br /> "Section 25.1.15. Same - A Nuisance and to be <br />Impounded.
