<br /> DCB:sh 8/21/85 <br /> DES:sh 9/16/85R <br /> (b) Upon the relocation of the permittee from his or her <br /> residence within a Residential Parking Area to another <br /> residence, whether within or outside said Area. <br /> (c) Upon expiration of the calendar year for which a permit <br /> has been issued. <br /> "Section 20.207. Posting of Residential Permit Parking <br /> Area. Upon the adoption of a resolution by the Council <br /> designating a Residential Permit Parking Area, the City <br /> Manager shall order appropriate signs to be erected in such <br /> Area indicating prominently thereon the time limitation, day <br /> or days, and hours during which parking shall be restricted <br /> to vehicles for which Residential Parking Permits have been <br /> issued. <br /> "Section 20.208. Violations. (a) It is unlawful and a <br /> violation of this division, unless expressly provided to the <br /> contrary herein, for any person to park a motor vehicle on a <br /> street in a Residential Permit Parking Area on Mondays <br /> through Fridays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 <br /> p.m. , holidays specified in Section 20.1, excluded, without <br /> a valid Residential Parking Permit and sticker properly <br /> affixed to such vehicle. <br /> (b) No person shall park a motor vehicle within a <br /> Residential Permit Parking Area with a Residential Parking <br /> Permit or sticker affixed to such vehicle evidencing that <br /> such permit has expired or which has been terminated or is <br /> not valid for the Area in which such vehicle has been <br /> parked. <br /> (c) It is unlawful and a violation of this division <br /> for a person falsely to represent himself or herself as <br /> 4 <br /> ~... -.
