<br /> DCB:sh 8/21/85 <br /> DES:sh 9/16/85R <br /> eligible for a Residential Parking Permit or a temporary <br /> permit or to furnish false information in an application for <br /> any such permits. <br /> (d) It is unlawful and a violation of this division <br /> for any person to use or display, or permit the use or <br /> display of, a Residential Parking Permit or a Temporary <br /> Permit or a sticker pertaining thereto on a motor vehicle <br /> other than that vehicle for which such permit or sticker was <br /> issued. <br /> "Section 20.209. Exemptions. <br /> (a) Any motor vehicle on which is displayed a valid <br /> Residential Parking Permit, Temporary Permit, or sticker <br /> pertaining thereto, as provided for herein may be parked on <br /> a street in the Residential Permit Parking Area pertaining <br /> thereto without limitation of the time restrictions <br /> established in Section 20.208. Such parking permit shall <br /> not guarantee or reserve to the holder thereof an on-street <br /> parking space on a street in such Residential Permit Parking <br /> Area. <br /> (b) This division does not apply to ambulances, fire <br /> department vehicles, police vehicles, public utility <br /> vehicles, or other official or emergency vehicles which have <br /> an official seal or logo identifying them as such. <br /> (c) Commercial vehicles parked for the purpose of <br /> loading or delivery of goods, wares, or merchandise from or <br /> to any building or structure in a Residential Parking Permit <br /> Area or delivering materials to be used in the repair, <br /> 5 <br /> ~.,. _.. ~--..-.,.... <br />
