The article number for Article V of Chapter 5 of <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby reserved. <br />SECTION 5. Section 5.26 of Chapter 5 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 5.26. Keeping in Violation of Article Deemed <br />Nuisance. It is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and it <br />shall be unlawful to keep, maintain or feed within confined <br />or unconfined areas live chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, <br />or similar fowl or rabbits, except as specifically provided <br />in this article. <br />SECTION 6. Section 5.75 of Chapter 5 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 5.75. Application of provisions to <br />Businesses. The provisions of Articles I, II, III, and IV <br />to the contrary notwithstanding, any business operation or <br />enterprise licensed to do business in the City of Redwood <br />City, shall be permitted to maintain, keep, train, show <br />and/or exhibit such animals, mammals, fish, reptiles, birds, <br />and/or fowl necessary or convenient to conduct such <br />operation or enterprise; provided however, that such <br />activity shall be directly related to the basic purposes of <br />such operation or enterprise. <br />SECTION 7.
