<br /> DAS:sh 2/6/85 <br />and from which no appeal has been taken, or who shall fail <br />to comply with such an order, license, or permit as affirmed <br />or modified by the Council or by a Court of competent <br />jurisdiction within the time fixed therein, shall severally, <br />for each and every such violation and noncompliance <br />respectively, ,be guilty of an infraction and, upon <br />conviction thereof, shall be punishable by: <br /> " , (1) A fine not exceeding One Hundred and No/100 <br /> Dollars~ ($~OO.OO) for a first violation; <br /> " , (2) A fine not exceeding Two Hundred Fifty and <br /> No/I00 Dollars ($250.00) for a second violation of the <br /> same provision within one (1) year; <br /> " , (3) A fine not exceeding Five Hundred and <br /> No/I00 Dollars ($500.00) for each additional violation <br /> of the same provision within one (1 ) year. <br /> The imposition of any one penalty for any violation <br />shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue. <br />Each and every day a violation shal1 continue shall be <br />deemed to be a separate violation. <br /> " (b) The Chief or his authorized representatives shall <br />enforce the provisions of the Fire Code adopted by Section <br />12.7 and as amended by this Article and all orders, <br />licenses, certificates, permits and plans and specifications <br />issued or approved thereunder and shall have the authority <br />to issue citations for violations thereof." <br /> 9 <br /> -~..-~.~ <br />
