<br /> SWC: sh 5/16/86 <br /> SWC:djc 5/19/86R <br />desires to approve and authorize execution of the Agreement with <br />Campeau; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. This Council hereby finds, declares and <br />concludes as follows: <br /> (a) The proposed Agreement was reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission after public hearing duly noticed, and forwarded by <br />said Commission to this Council with the recommendation that the <br />Agreement be approved. <br /> (b) This Council held a duly noticed public hearing on the <br />proposed Agreement on May 19, 1986, at which hearing all persons <br />interested in the matter were heard or afforded an opportunity to <br />be heard thereon. <br /> (c) This Council has reviewed and considered all relevant <br />information, including the aforesaid EIR; the testimony, both <br />oral and documentary, made and submitted at the public hearing on <br />the proposed Project; and all other matters deemed material and <br />relevant to the proposed Project. <br /> (d) Changes or alterations which have been required in, or <br />incorporated into, the Project which mitigate or avoid the <br />significant environmental effects are as follows (summarized or <br />partial references to mitigation measures hereinafter shall not <br />be deemed a limitation upon the intent of this Council that full <br />compliance with such measures set forth in the EIR, which is <br /> 2 <br /> "--.~..- <br />
