<br />P'C"S:djk 2/16/87 (#6) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />wastewater discharged from residential structures <br />into the sewerage facilities, in milligrams per <br />liter (determined to be 300 milligrams per liter); <br />and <br /> <br />SSi = suspended solids in the waste or wastewater to <br />be discharged into the sewerage facilities from <br />the commercial, industrial, or insti tutional <br />structure to be connected to said facilities, in <br />milligrams per liter as determined by composite <br />sampling. <br /> <br />SSr = average suspended solids per residential <br />structure discharging waste or wastewater into the <br />sewerage facilities, in milligrams per liter <br />(determined to be 300 milligrams per liter) <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, the fee for a connection <br />serving any commercial, industrial, or institutional <br />structure shall be not less than $175.00 plus an amount <br />equal to $1.55 Vi. <br /> <br />The amount equal to $1.55 Vi shall not be included in <br />the foregoing calculations and shall not be charged <br />wi th respect to premises to which sanitary sewerage <br />treatment capacity rights have been allocated pursuant <br />to an agreement, resolution or other entitlement <br />specifically so providing and entered into with, or <br />approved by the City; provided that the amount of such <br />rights is commensurate with the amount of capacity to <br />be furnished under the connection for which application <br />has been made. <br /> <br />"(b) Other Fees. No plumbing permit and no building <br /> <br />permit involving the installation of plumbing facilities <br /> <br />shall be issued by the Building Official until the <br /> <br />applicable fees provided in subdivision (a) have been paid <br /> <br />or otherwise provided for. <br /> <br />"(c) Additional Fee. In the event the City constructs <br /> <br />or causes the construction of any public sewer from monies <br /> <br />in the sewer fund or from any general funds of the City <br /> <br />(including the proceeds of any bond issue for which the <br /> <br />general credit of the City is obligated), an additional fee <br /> <br /> <br />12 <br />
