<br /> P"'S:djk 2/16/87 (# 6) <br />of sewers, which have been constructed at the City's <br />expense. <br /> In the event two public sewers are installed adjacent <br />to each other in any public right-of-way, one of which is <br />installed at the City's expense and the other at the expense <br />of a subdivider, assessment district, or other private <br />source, and the Director determines that a connection should <br />be made to the sewer constructed at the City's expense, the <br />additional fee required by this subdivision shall not be <br />applicable. <br /> " (d) Plumbing Code Fees. All fees required by the <br />City's Plumbing Code shall be paid in addition to all fees <br />required by this resolution. <br /> " (e) Additional Dwelling Units. In the event <br />additional dwelling units are to be constructed which would <br />increase the number of dwelling units being served by a <br />single sewer connection, a connection fee shall be paid for <br />such additional dwelling units in accordance with <br />subdivision (a) (1) . The fee payable shall be the amount by <br />which the connection fee calculated upon the number of <br />dwelling units after such construction exceeds the <br />connection fee calculated upon the number of dwelling units <br />prior to such construction. <br /> " (f) Additional Industrial Volume.
