<br /> P"'S:djk 2/16/87 (#6) <br />institutional, or other non-residential structure is <br />increased by installation of additional plumbing fixtures or <br />enlargement, expansion, or reconstruction of said structure, <br />and such structure is to be served by an existing sewer <br />connection, a connection fee shall be paid for such <br />additional volume in accordance with subdivision (a) (2) . <br />The fee payable shall be the amount by which the connection <br />fee calculated upon the total volume after the increase <br />exceeds the connection fee calculated upon the volume prior <br />to such increase. <br /> " (g) Inapplicability. The provisions of this section <br />shall not apply to connections made to public sewers <br />maintained by the West Bay Sanitary District or the Fair <br />Oaks Sewer Maintenance District within the City. <br /> "Section 27.132. Construction Costs. In the event the <br />City constructs a sewer lateral pursuant to the provisions <br />of 27.82(b), the applicant for the installation of such <br />lateral shall pay the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00) <br />for the construction of a four inch diameter sewer lateral, <br />or the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($950.00) for a six <br />inch diameter sewer lateral, whichever is appropriate. <br /> "Section 27.133. Application Fees; Administrative <br />Costs. The following schedule of fees shall be imposed upon <br />and collected from applicants and users of the sewerage <br />facilities to defray the costs of processing and issuing the <br />following permits or performing the following services: <br /> 15 <br /> --.'" <br />
