Identification Permit. No person <br />shall sell, offer for sale, barter, exchange, display or <br />solicit any goods, wares, merchandise or food from any <br />vehicle, wagon or pushcart upon any portion of any street <br />within this City without first having obtained an <br />identification permit in accordance with the provisions of <br />Article 1 of Chapter 28 of this Code. <br /> II Section 20.226. Violation an Infraction. Any person <br />violating any of the provisions of this Division shall be <br />guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction thereof, shall <br />be punishable as provided in Section 1.7(b) of this Code. II <br />SECTION 5. Section 28.2 of Article 1 of Chapter 28 of the <br />Redwood City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 28.2. Application of Article. This Article <br />shall not apply to persons under eighteen years of age; <br />except that every person, regardless of age, shall be <br />required to obtain an identification permit pursuant to this <br />Article in order to lawfully sell, offer for sale, barter, <br />exchange, display or solicit goods, wares, merchandise or <br />food from any vehicle, wagon or pushcart upon any portion of <br />any street within this City.
