o R DIN A N C E N o. 1.958 --------- ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.38 OF CHAPTER 13; REPEALING SECTION 20.93 OF, AMENDING SECTION 20.95.2 OF, AND ADDING DIVISION 11 TO ARTICLE VII OF CHAPTER 20; AND AMENDING SECTION 28.2 OF CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE PARKING OF VENDING VEHICLES, WAGONS AND PUSHCARTS THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l. Section 13.38 of Chapter 13 of the Redwood City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 13.38. Duration; Fixed Position. Mobile food vending vehicles in a fixed position shall comply with state health laws and regulations and the provisions of this Code

<br /> SWC:Sh 7/20/87 (#6) <br /> SWC:¿ 8/14/87R <br /> SWC:djk 8/20/87R <br />which goods, wares, merchandise or food are sold, or to <br />allow a vehicle, wagon or pushcart used or intended to be <br />used in the transportation of property for hire, to remain <br />parked or standing in one location upon a public street <br />within this city for a period exceeding thirty consecutive <br />minutes shall file with the Chief of Police a verified <br />application which shall set forth: <br /> " (i) Name, address, fictitious business name, and <br /> any established place of business of the <br /> applicant. <br /> " (ii) The make, type, vehicle license number and <br /> description of the vehicle, wagon or pushcart <br /> for which such permit is requested. <br /> " (iii) A statement as to why the applicant is <br /> requesting the permit. <br /> " (iv) The location or locations where the applicant <br /> proposes to park or let stand said vehicle. <br /> " (v) Such additional information deemed necessary <br /> by the Chief of Police to facilitate the <br /> review and investigation of the application. <br /> " (b) Every application for a single-event vending <br />permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable processing <br />and investigation fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) . <br />Every application for a yearly vending permit shall be <br />accompanied by a nonrefundable processing and investigation <br />fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00). <br /> II (c) A separate application must be made, and a <br />separate permit obtained for each vehicle, wagon or pushcart <br />subject to the provisions of this Division. <br /> "Section 20.214.
