1963 JAN 1 8 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9 . 2 AND 9.24, AND ARTICLES IV, V, VI, VII, AND VIII OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS FOR BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, INCLUDING THE ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF THE FOLLOWING CODES: "THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, 1985 EDITION" ; "THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE STANDARDS, 1985 EDITION" ; "THE UNIFORM BUILDING SECURITY CODE, 1985 EDITION" ; liTHE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, 1985 EDITION"; "THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE, 1985 EDITION"; "THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, 1985 EDITION"; AND "THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, 1984 EDITION" THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 9.2 of the Redwood City Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 9.2. Copies of each publication adopted in <br />this chapter shall be kept on file in the office of the <br />Building Inspector and shall be there available for public <br />inspection. In addition, one (1) copy of each publication <br />adopted by sections 9.40, 9.60, 9.70 and 9.110 are and shall <br />be at all times kept on file in the office of the City Clerk <br />and shall be available for public inspection." <br />SECTION 2. Section 9.24 of the Redwood City Code in hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> IISection 9.24. Application for building moving permits <br />shall be filed in triplicate with the Building Inspector on <br />forms approved by the Building Inspector. <br /> "Every application shall contain the following <br />information: <br /> " (a) A description of the type of building to be moved. <br /> " (b) The proposed location of the building. <br /> 1963 : <br />
