1963 JAN 1 8 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9 . 2 AND 9.24, AND ARTICLES IV, V, VI, VII, AND VIII OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS FOR BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, INCLUDING THE ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF THE FOLLOWING CODES: "THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, 1985 EDITION" ; "THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE STANDARDS, 1985 EDITION" ; "THE UNIFORM BUILDING SECURITY CODE, 1985 EDITION" ; liTHE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, 1985 EDITION"; "THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE, 1985 EDITION"; "THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, 1985 EDITION"; AND "THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, 1984 EDITION" THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 9.2 of the Redwood City Code is hereby amended to read as follows

<br /> S\ ~nt 12/17/87 (#06) <br /> SWC:nt 12/22/87R <br /> II (c) The route over which the building is to be moved. <br /> " (d) The method to be used in moving the building. <br /> II Every application shall be accompanied by the <br />following: <br /> " (a) Three copies of the plot plan of the proposed <br />site. The plan shall be drawn to scale, with lot, building <br />and yard dimensions indicated. The plan shall show existing <br />and proposed structures, driveways, sewer laterals and <br />easements. <br /> " (b) A non-refundable application fee as established by <br />resolution of the City Council. <br /> " (c) An inspection fee as established by resolution of <br />the City Council." <br />SECTION 3. Article IV of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "ARTICLE IV. BUILDING CODES" <br /> IISection 9.40. (a) Pursuant to Section 50022.1, et <br />seq. , of the Government Code and Section 15 of the Charter <br />of the City of Redwood City, the following codes, standards <br />and regulations are hereby adopted and shall be in effect <br />wi th the City of Redwood City to the same extent as if set <br />out in full herein, except expressly amended by the <br />provisions of this article: <br /> " (1) The Uniform Building Code, 1985 Edition, as <br /> published by the International Conference of Building <br /> Officials. Chapter 7, Division I, and Chapters 32, 49, <br /> 55, and 70 of the Appendix are specifically adopted and <br /> shall be enforceable to the same extent as if contained <br /> in the body of said code. The remainder of the <br /> Appendix is not adopted and shall not be a part of said <br /> code. <br /> 2 <br />- .-.-.-".,,-.. <br />
