<br /> DRS:djk 09/08/88 (#6) <br />Industries of California, Inc. , granting to said Company the <br />franchise to collect and process Recyclable Materials (as said <br />term is defined in said agreement) in the City of Redwood City, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days from <br />its date of adoption; provided, however, that the franchise <br />agreement approved hereby may be dated for convenience as the <br />parties thereto shall determine from and after the date of <br />adoption of this ordinance; provided, further, that this <br />ordinance shall be deemed operative as of the date so specified. <br /> * * * <br /> 2 <br /> .._,,--,,_...... <br />
