ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9.2, 9.40, 9.60, 9.70, 9.80, AND 9.110, AND ADDING DIVISION 4 TO ARTICLE IX OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE AVAILABILITY OF CODES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE STANDARDS, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM BUILDING SECURITY CODE, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, 1988 EDITION, AND THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, 1987 EDITION, AND ESTABLISHING A SEISMIC HAZARD IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
