ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9.2, 9.40, 9.60, 9.70, 9.80, AND 9.110, AND ADDING DIVISION 4 TO ARTICLE IX OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE AVAILABILITY OF CODES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE STANDARDS, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM BUILDING SECURITY CODE, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE, 1988 EDITION, THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, 1988 EDITION, AND THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, 1987 EDITION, AND ESTABLISHING A SEISMIC HAZARD IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. DATA SHEET <br /> <br />This sheet contains general infor.wation about the building, <br />including its address, use/occupancy, date of original <br />const::-uction, dates of any subsequent structural alterations, names <br />and addresses of the building's designers, if known, building area, <br />number of stories, and occupant load calculations. <br /> <br />II. BUILDING DESCR!PTION <br /> <br />A. Configuration. Include desc=iptions of the building's <br />size, shape, arrangements of st::-uctural elements, any <br />ir::-equla::-ities or discontinuities, non-st=uctural elemen~s <br />(appendages, parapets, facades), and adjacent buildings if <br />relevant. <br /> <br />B.
