10/14/2019 <br />20.207. Such parking permit shall not guarantee or reserve the holder thereof an <br />on -street parking space on a street in such residential permit parking area. <br />B. This Division does not apply to ambulances, fire department vehicles, police <br />vehicles, public utility vehicles or other official or emergency vehicles which have <br />an official seal or logo identifying them as such. <br />C. Commercial vehicles parked for the purpose of loading or delivery of goods, wares <br />or merchandise from or to any building or structure in a residential permit parking <br />area or delivering materials to be used in the repair, alteration, remodeling, <br />construction or reconstruction of any such building or structure for which a building <br />permit has previously been obtained shall be exempt from the time restrictions <br />established by the Council under Section 20.207. <br />Sec. 20.210. - PENALTY: <br />[This Section remains unchanged.] <br />Section 2. If any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this Ordinance Amendment is <br />for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portion or sections of the Ordinance Amendment. The City Council of the City of Redwood <br />City hereby declares that it would have adopted the Ordinance Amendment and each <br />section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any <br />one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared <br />unconstitutional. <br />Section 3. The proposed Ordinance Amendment is not a project within the meaning of <br />section 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines because it has no potential for resulting in physical <br />change in the environment, either directly or ultimately. In the event that this Ordinance <br />is found to be a project under CEQA, it is subject to the CEQA exemption contained in <br />CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3) because it can be seen with certainty to have no <br />possibility of a significant effect on the environment. <br />Section 4.
