The Planning Commission finds that the Project as proposed complies with the <br />requirements of Article XI of the Subdivision Ordinance as the project proposes meter <br />and control valves, noise and energy insulation as required and the project is <br />consistent with the zoning and General Plan designation for the site. <br />Section 9. Approval Subject to Conditions. The Architectural Permit, Planned <br />Development Permit, Tentative Map, and Condominium Permit are hereby approved <br />based on the Planning Commission's consideration and reliance on the CEQA <br />Memorandum and in accordance with the attached and referenced plans, details and <br />descriptions contained therein, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />and subject to the Conditions of Approval as provided in Exhibit A attached to this <br />Resolution. <br />Section 10.
