D. Shop Contractor will maintain adequate shop and storage facilities during the course of this Agreement and any and all extensions. Contractor's facility shall house the necessary equipment and materials for repair and maintenance of the City's water pumps. E. Equipment Contractor will maintain in good condition all equipment necessary to perform the work described under this Scope of Work. F. Guarantee and Warranty of Work Contractor shall guarantee all work performed under the Agreement against defects resulting from the use of substandard materials, equipment or workmanship for one year from the date of service. During the warranty period for any new equipment installation, the Contractor shall be responsible for making contact between the equipment manufacturer and the City regarding any required service determined to be under warranty. The Contractor will notify the City of any undue delays in response and provide details of each incident. G. Quality of Work Contractor shall perform all work according to City and/or industry standards and to the complete satisfaction of the City. All parts and materials installed shall be the manufacturer's authorized parts or specifically approved by the City in writing prior to installation. Unsatisfactory work shall be immediately corrected by the Contractor at no additional cost to the City. II. Payment Terms Contractor shall provide the services outlined above on a per task basis not to exceed $145,612.48. Fees will be billed based on actual hours and materials used per the rate schedule as described below. A.
