D. Shop <br />Contractor will maintain adequate shop and storage facilities during the course of this <br />Agreement and any and all extensions. Contractor's facility shall house the necessary <br />equipment and materials for repair and maintenance of the City's water pumps. <br />E. Equipment <br />Contractor will maintain in good condition all equipment necessary to perform the work <br />described under this Scope of Work. <br />F. Guarantee and Warranty of Work <br />Contractor shall guarantee all work performed under the Agreement against defects <br />resulting from the use of substandard materials, equipment or workmanship for one year <br />from the date of service. <br />During the warranty period for any new equipment installation, the Contractor shall be <br />responsible for making contact between the equipment manufacturer and the City <br />regarding any required service determined to be under warranty. The Contractor will <br />notify the City of any undue delays in response and provide details of each incident. <br />G. Quality of Work <br />Contractor shall perform all work according to City and/or industry standards and to the <br />complete satisfaction of the City. All parts and materials installed shall be the <br />manufacturer's authorized parts or specifically approved by the City in writing prior to <br />installation. Unsatisfactory work shall be immediately corrected by the Contractor at no <br />additional cost to the City. <br />II. Payment Terms <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined above on a per task basis not to exceed <br />$145,612.48. Fees will be billed based on actual hours and materials used per the rate schedule <br />as described below. <br />A.
