This intersection is currently one-way stop controlled on Warwick <br />Street and uncontrolled on Arlington Road. <br />Resident concerns are related to the visibility of Arlington traffic and the difficulty pedestrians and <br />bicyclists have crossing Arlington Road at Warwick Street during peak hours. After receiving these <br />concerns, staff evaluated the intersection conditions for all -way stop control according to local and state <br />standards. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Staff examined the sight distance at the intersection and found the horizontal curve on Arlington Road <br />creates inadequate sight distance for cars approaching the intersection on Warwick Street.
