The only thing left not replaced is the bathtub. Above doesn't include the minor improvements
(replacing fuse boxes, shelving, plants, etc).
My landlord did not offer me any lease after my 2016 lease is up for renewal so I have been
paying month to month since July, 2017. I did not ask for one because I thought we had an
understanding that
I will be staying long term.
Through the course of the years, I've had many incidents in this apartment that would warrant
concern as a tenant: nails on my tires, theft, strangers in the apts, lack of parking.
Everytime my landlord has a concern, Rich my handyman have directly communicated with my
landlord.
My landlord's latest issues are: removal of plants outside, removal of storage outside, my cat.
I was out of town for 2.5 weeks. My handyman took care of all the above issues within 30 days
of my landlord complaint.
I just gave away my cat that I've had since 2018 — my landlord had tenants with pets before
(rabbit, dog).
At this point, my landlord has no reason to evict me.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for any other issues. I would love to be part of the housing
rights committee as a volunteer.
Sincerely,
Anna Bryant
443-756-6420
202-507-9702
